PARI BAZAAR
The Hertiage Festival
Begums' Pari Bazaar is an annual heritage festival supported by Madhya Pradesh Tourism and Bhopal Municipal Corporation, known for promoting Bhopal's cultural heritage and Ganga Jamuni tehzeeb. It provides a strong platform for women, local artisans and budding talents to showcase their creativity while empowering women.
Like the previous ones, this December, the most awaited Pari Bazaar is back with yet another vibrant season, Pari Bazaar Season 3. Every year we organise this mega event at Kamla Park, Bhopal, a symbol of womanhood, to pay tribute to Bhopal's first women ruler, Rani Kamlapati. The last two seasons were the talk of the town and got the most amazing reviews and lots of traction.
The fun-filled 3 days attract around 5000 thousand live audiences daily and around 100000 people through digital and print media. During the festival, many renowned artists perform live, book reviews, fashion shows, cultural music and dance shows and a wide spectrum of events for everyone. There are stalls to promote local women and artisans of tribal arts, handicrafts, designer clothing, jewellery, food, home decor, arts and crafts, and sketches and paintings.
Let's celebrate the colours of Bhopali culture in this heritage festival and connect with our roots again. For participation and association, select the options and become a part of this amazing and vibrant festival.

The Heritage Festival - Season 5
Sargam E Gond: The Melody Of Gond Art
Season 5 of Pari Bazaar brings to life the theme of Sargam E Gond, a tribute to The Melody Of Gond Art of Madhya Pradesh. This year, the festival celebrates the essence of this indigenous art form that beautifully captures the natural world and cultural beliefs of the Gond people and the sacred connection with the soil. Rich in symbolism and intricate patterns, Gond Art tells stories that have been cherished for generations, the stories of flora and fauna, the rich soil, legends, and spiritual connections. Sargam E Gond provides a window into the vibrant world of tribal artistry, reflecting a deep respect for the relationship between nature and humanity. The theme artwork is specially created for Pari Bazaar by Padmashri Shrimati Durga Devi of Bhopal.
Visitors to Pari Bazaar embark on a journey beyond visual appreciation; they are invited to connect with the culture and heritage of Bhopal, along with the vivid hues of Madhya Pradesh, through interactive displays, live demonstrations, and immersive experiences. Each activity reveals layers of meaning, drawing guests into a world where every display and performance holds significance, preserving cultural narratives that have transcended time. Through this theme, Pari Bazaar reinforces its dedication to preserving and celebrating Bhopal's cultural heritage, ensuring that these traditional art forms continue to inspire future generations.
Along with focusing on the renowned Bagh Printing Technique of Madhya Pradesh. Pari Bazaar is also aligned with the central government's 'Swachta Hi Sewa' mission; the event emphasizes the 3Rs of waste management: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, striving towards a Single Use Plastic Free, Zero Waste, and Kachra Mukt Bhopal. These initiatives mark a step towards global recognition for Pari Bazaar.
